Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it.

Any returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unpackaged, with intact labels and undamaged original packaging. No return will be accepted if these conditions are not met. Items showing signs of use, odor, stains, or with visibly opened packaging will be systematically refused and returned to the sender.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@alvini.fr with your order number. Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without our prior agreement.

Refunds will be issued only after receipt and inspection of the package, within a maximum of 14 days.
